This is an alternative to Halloween, allowing the kids in the community to participate in a safe and secure location (the Charter School at Waterstone) where "Trunkers" decorate their vehicle and the kids and parents "Treat"themselves to a safe and wonderful time.

Lehigh Makes A Difference Celebration
For two decades, USA WEEKEND and HandsOn Network, a business unit of Points of Light Institute, have joined together to sponsor Make A Difference Day, the largest national day of helping others. Make A Difference Day takes place on the 4th Saturday in October each year.

cwc's NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH BLOCK PARTY
This is our 3rd annual NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH BLOCK PARTY. Public welcome to attend. Saturday October 20th. The Lee County Sheriff's Office Bravo District's deputies (Team Controlled Chaos) will play a softball game against the Neighborhood Watch (The Watchers) at 8:00 am. Each team has won one game and the huge trophy is up for grabs. After the game there will be family activities, finger-printing for kids, food and fun. More details to follow.
