Winchester Celebrates Safe Communities Event will be held to help make our citizens aware of our Neighborhood watch progam and other steps they can take to help make our city a safer place to live. We will be handing out brochures, stickers, booklets and balloons for children and information to adults that will raise awareness of some of the many programs geared towards making Winchester a better community for all who live here. Our event information will also include items that will be directed towards businesses in the community that will be beneficial as the busy holiday season comes upon us by making business owners more aware of shoplifters, and the steps they can take to avoid this crime.
