Omaha Police Department will be hosting its 12th annual Safe Night Out in recognition of October as Crime Prevention Month. This event encourages families to have a night of fun, with face painting, balloon art, free treats, along with displays from the Omaha Police Department and the Omaha Fire Department. Safe Night Out takes place, Saturday, October 23, 2010, 4 - 6 p.m. at the Northeast Precinct, located 4316 N. 30th Street.
